
Wellness day @ FPharmaren
Activity, wellness, exercise, information, prevention! All this dominated the Wellness Day organised by FPharmaren Pharmacy on Saturday 19 October.
Let’s not forget that to be healthy and have a strong immune system it is important to combine a balanced diet and exercise. In fact, as the World Health Organisation recommends for maintaining good health, 150 minutes of moderate-intensity exercise per week, including Pilates-type exercises, or 75 minutes of high-intensity exercise, such as running, gymnastics, football, vigorous swimming, etc., are recommended
Free Pilates Class
The FPharmaren team organized a free Pilates class for everyone who wanted to have a different kind of Saturday morning. Under the guidance of Pilates trainer Sophie Tzallalis, a special class full of energy and good mood took place.
At the end of the class, participants were informed about complementary ways to boost the immune system and left full of well-being and with a goodie bag filled with gifts from the pharmacy.
