All this dominated the Wellness Day organised by FPharmaren Pharmacy on Saturday 19 October. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Let&#8217;s not forget that to be healthy and have a strong immune system it is important to combine a balanced diet and exercise. In fact, as the World Health Organisation recommends for maintaining good health, 150 minutes of moderate-intensity exercise per week, including Pilates-type exercises, or 75 minutes of high-intensity exercise, such as running, gymnastics, football, vigorous swimming, etc., are recommended<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Free Pilates Class<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The FPharmaren team organized a free Pilates class for everyone who wanted to have a different kind of Saturday morning.
